Geeks

Geeks are hilarious!! I am currently in the Oakland Center computer lab on campus of Oakland University. This computer lab is notorious for holding geek gatherings. There is a group here currently and listening to them has me laughing. There is one particular geek who thinks he's all that and a bag of chips! He was talking with another geek about his fencing practice. He says it really is considered a lesson since he has a teacher, which is also considered a class. The other geek who takes fencing (such a geek activity) says that it isn't a class it's a practice. The other geek says it really is a lesson because he is learning new things as well as improving on the things he knows. He then says, "Your right, there is a difference between a lesson and a class." He then continues to talk about a talk happening in a few minutes in the fireside lounge. He says it is about a theatrical show and the director's view of putting on this production and he was all excited that they were serving CHEESE!! Now tell me you can read this and keep a straight face. I am highly amused at a very boring time of day for me. Well I should be heading off to class now. Farewell geek’s hangout! LOL
