Sleepless Nights

I can't sleep!! This is insane! As I was laying in bed for the past couple of hours I kept reciting this poem I was making up and thought it would help my mind rest if I wrote it down, so welcome to my late night poetry writing!

To My Beloved

You may be feeling blue
On your eyes rests droplets of dew
But this I know
For now I bestow
The secretes of my heart

Now where to start...

You are my bright light
In my darkest night
You are my shining star
In my deepest scar
You are my beloved

So this is for you
And I bet you already knew
You are my dear
and I will always be near

So, just think of the smiles
that stretch for miles
Of the laughs we've shared
And know I have always cared

For I am shouting from here
I WILL ALWAYS BE NEAR!
This is for you my beloved...

I LOVE Y O U !
