Help a girl out will ya?

I be at it again! Keeping myself busy and finding no time to do the things I really want to do, like move out of Michigan. OOOh, the guilt and misery it will bring when I do move. I know I will be responsible for finding my replacement at work and then training them... I am at such a loss as to wich way to go... move out of MI, or stay here another year and then move... HELP!
